What is Lucis?
Lucis is a preventive health assessment that helps users understand what is happening in their body and take concrete daily action across the key pillars of lifestyle: nutrition, physical activity, sleep & recovery, mental wellbeing, and environment.
Lucis's preventive biology panel covers 110+ biomarkers across all major physiological systems. The goal is not to diagnose, but to precisely identify the most effective lifestyle levers across nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, and micronutrition to durably improve health. Key areas covered: energy & metabolism, inflammation & recovery, hormones, cardiovascular health, and nutritional deficiencies.
How it works
Blood test
Users get a blood draw at one of Lucis's certified partner labs (Eurofins network). 110+ biomarkers are measured across 10 body systems.
Results
Data is translated into scores for energy, inflammation, metabolism, and hormones, alongside a biological age. Everything is tracked over time.
Action plan
The Lucis medical team reviews each result and delivers personalised recommendations across nutrition, sleep, supplements, exercise and mental health.
Progress tracking
The platform connects to wearables (Withings, Garmin, Oura). Users retest every 6 months to measure change over time.

Baptiste sold his first startup while still a student, then worked at Gorgias and WeMaintain building systems used by large clients at scale. Following the early loss of his father, he spent years independently studying functional medicine, biomarkers, and longevity science. At Lucis, he architected and built the full platform, including the AI-powered biomarker interpretation engine, clinical review tools, lab integrations, and data infrastructure.
